House rules: Crafting

Where ExfilCraft works differently from vanilla Minecraft when crafting.

Numbers are the defaults. A server can change them.

• Copper, iron, gold and diamond tools, swords and spears take a Handle where vanilla uses sticks, and so do the bow, crossbow, fishing rod and brush; wooden and stone tools still use sticks.

  Everywhere

• The fletching table has its own crafting screen, and it is the only place to make tipped and spectral arrows and the mod's ammunition; plain arrows still craft at a crafting table.

• Netherite, Echo and Enderite upgrade templates are not used up: each lasts a fixed number of upgrades shown by a uses bar and no longer stacks. Armour trim templates are still used up.

• Smithing templates cannot be duplicated with diamonds.

• End crystals cannot be crafted.

• Faction, ominous and cosmetic banners cannot be copied; banners you design at a loom still copy normally.

• Using a cauldron on a campfire turns it into a Cooking Pot for soups.
